Recipes for the Future (RFF) is a five-year initiative led by New Hope Senior Citizens’ Centre, supported by the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program. Rooted in the work of the Full Circle Project and mind.heart.mouth Garden, this initiative brings together Concordia University’s ACT Lab, engAGE, and other community partners across NDG, Côte-St-Luc, Montreal West, and Côte-des-Neiges.

Through food, culture, and intergenerational programming, RFF works to:

  • Reduce social isolation among older adults
  • Improve access to healthy food and strengthen local food security
  • Create opportunities for intergenerational learning and collaboration
  • Build a stronger, collective community network
